Atinav Announces partnership with Computer Associates to Deliver New CRM Solutions
Internet Communications Software Company to Integrate Wireless and
Collaboration Technology with CA's Intelligent CRM Suite
New York, February 27, 2001 – , a provider of Internet communications and collaboration software, today announced it is partnering with Computer Associates International Inc. (CA), the leading provider of eBusiness software, to provide new wireless CRM solutions. As part of the relationship, Atinav will integrate its aveAccess® WAP gateway module and its aveComm® collaboration module into CA’s Intelligent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Suite.
CA’s Intelligent CRM Suite is the first solution to help organizations both understand and retain customers through the intelligent analysis of transaction data. By combining Atinav’s customizable WAP gateway module, with CA’s Intelligent CRM Suite, customers will be able to offer a scalable wireless solution for its entire suite, enabling users to get real-time information while they are out of the office or away from their PC.
The WAP gateway supports any mobile network standard and is accessible from any planned wireless service. The gateway can maintain subscriber information, manage the billing information of a registered user and create personalized profiles for each user. It supports multiple WAP specifications, including: WAP Push, WTLS (WAP security layer) and WMLScript, and also contains Atinav-developed features such as Form Processing, and Server Side Scripting.
Additionally, Atinav will integrate its collaboration module into CA’s Intelligent CRM suite. This will allow for on-line document and form sharing for interactive editing or completion. For example, a customer service representative (CSR) and a customer can simultaneously edit and complete a form online to speed up the cycle of a sale.
